48 hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

48 Hour cancellation policy applies to all late reschedules and no shows. Please give 48 hours to change your appointment or we reserve the right to credit your deposit towards your cancellation fee which is 50% of your service.

This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Appointments

We understand life happens, please call if you are running late so we may prepare our providers and their schedules accordingly. Anyone arriving 15 mins or later than their scheduled arrival time, is sadly subject to our cancellation policy.

Patience & Respect Policy

If a client behaves in an unfavorable manner they will not be welcomed back to the spa. No foul language or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated. Your kindness is appreciated always.

Parking

The parking lot is attached to the 325 Cherry Street building. You will find our lot on Cherry Street and is the last lot on the right hand side.

You will find complimentary parking in spots 1, 2, and 3. These are for Kári Skin customers only. Parking is on a first come first serve basis.

*There is also metered parking on Cherry street, as well as, a wonderful lot on Race Street Old CIty Parking Lot.
